Delivery

We regret we can only deliver to the locations highlighted in the image above. 

 

For all orders under £400.00, the delivery charge is £15.00.

For all orders of £400.00 and above, delivery is free.

Please note: Deliveries within the congestion charge zone will incur an extra £25.00 charge.

 

Delivery Time

Once your order is placed we will send out a confirmation email, which contains an order reference number and order status, which will remain stated as ‘Awaiting Fulfilment’ until your item is ready for dispatch. In some cases our products may be shipped from our suppliers directly to you. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third party courier companies. If you require a specific delivery date, please make a note of this when placing your order and we will try to meet this.
 

Delivery

Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with a status update as ‘Shipped’. Our deliveries are normally made through a third party courier company, please ensure that there is adequate access and our couriers are not permitted to remove packaging or assemble any product. If you cannot be home to accept your delivery, you may leave instructions for the courier or email us at admin@kensingtonfurniture.co.uk if the goods can be left with a neighbour or at a location around the property that your happy with. Once your items have been delivered we will send an email with an order status update as ‘Completed’.

Please note if access for delivery is restricted please ensure that you inform us when placing your order or in all circumstances prior to dispatch. Do not just send an email, text or leave a voicemail, you must inform us by telephone and talk to an employee in the despatch department (01245 478 000); otherwise if there is a problem with access to the property you will be liable for a £45 re-delivery charge.
